It’s always a pleasure for me when I get an opportunity to capture my close friends and family, and I have had the honour of knowing these sweet people for many many years.

I don’t consider myself a family photographer but I’ve been thinking about venturing out to offer more of these, there’s something about giving the gift of memories that really touches me. While I normally just photograph weddings and portraits I always forget that perhaps during my wedding photography the family portrait section of the day is perhaps the most important part! As you never know how long those special people will be around in your life it’s a great pleasure for me to preserve those memories for people.

Deb Thiessen really wanted some updated photos of her grandkids and her children with their families, so I was super happy to have the whole gang there for a nice big family photo shoot! What a beautiful sunny day in the early throws of fall for such a session, I am so happy to call these people my close friends and practically my family.
