The Wedding Day

An absolutely gorgeous day from start to finish! From the outdoor ceremony on the wedding patio at the Gardens, all the way to the reception that was at the stunning Edmonton Country Club. Finally, the icing on the cake was the sentimental gifts that Tyla and David gave their parents and bridal party, truly some tear-worthy moments

At the reception, a hilarious reenactment of how these two met was acted out by some members of their bridal party and parents! The whole thing was so hilarious, I personally cracked up over it! We ended the wedding day with a perfect picturesque sunset. Definitely making the list as some of the top images in my favourites list that I created in 2018!

Another highlight of the day was being able to photograph at the newly constructed Aga Khan Garden. The symmetry and stonework with the pools reminded me of Paris, so dreamy sounding, right? Definitely a stretch from good old Edmonton but it had that effect none-the-less!

I loved how smoothly Tyla and David we’re throughout the day. The way he looked at her and made her laugh just lit up the whole room. Thank you Tyla and David! I’m happy to share my favourites from your wedding day. It was a true treat to photograph them and all their guests, family members and of course their bridal party
